Well, I spoke too soon.

The original problem of looping back to the event listing page has been corrected.
There now appears to be an issue with linkage to the payment portal.
It appears that the registration session information is not being passed to the payment portal.
When you attempt to checkout from the cart, no payment option choices are provided and the transaction completes with a payment method of FREE listed in the confirmation emails.

Registration total: $ 23.00
Amount Paid: $ 0.00
Payment Method: FREE
Registration Status: Pending
Payment Status: Not Paid
Confirmation Number: OA-9670200
