TOPIC: View Registrants

01.) View Registrants:

-Currently it's a global setting, I'd prefer to be able to setup the
option by Event. Since the layout for the view may not be the same for all events ie: For the Main Event, I want to show Name, Handle, City, State, but for a game event I might only want to show handle, and state. At the moment ALL events show the same information.

-Currently the "Attendees" button and the "Register/Waitinglist" button
are both the same as to public/private. It would be nice to allow NON
logged in users to view the Registrants/Attendees, but require login to
actually register. Then people can check who's in a game any time. Which
will help "sales" of attendees to the Con, since when people see someone
else attending, they will then take the time to create an account, login,
register etc.

The Attendees button CAN be public (global setting) even if the event is private.
