TOPIC: Registration with custom fields

I would love to see DT Register have it's own registration system, integrated with Joomla, that would allow individuals to sign-up as clients in order to take courses. I would like the ability to add custom fields, like company, phone, email, etc. The initial information can be tied to joomla but the custom fields would be within DT Register. Also to add to that, it could have the ability to
- List courses by individual
- List courses by custom field (i.e. Company)
- search client by first name, last name, course, custom field
- Present a list of all clients
