TOPIC: Events Counter for each Event Owner/Group

Wish to have an events counter for each Event Owner/Group, e.g:

Limiting a specific Owner/Group to create this # of events in a period of time with Starting / End date. When reaching this # or Date, they can't add more unless renewing.

It could be add on / plugins.
