TOPIC: Send email to archived event registrants

Hi there,

I would like to send an email registrants of archived events. Our customers need to re-take our class (event) every 2 years and I would like to send a reminder and our current coupon codes. From what I can see, I can only send it to current events.

I know there is a way to set up a cron job and I can send it 300 days after the event, but I want to send one on the fly.

You are correct. We'll consider modifying the mass email feature to include a parameter for this. For now, you'd have to unarchive the event temporarily to use that... then archive it again if needed.
