Client wants to allow registrants to pay at the door if that's their preference. How could I implement? One idea I had: create custom field "Pay at door" to offset the cost of the registration. However, still get sent to paypal with $0.00 amount due. Not ideal user experience. Plus, a management nightmare (did I include the correct custom field to offset the exact charge?...) Other approaches? Thanks! Eric DB

Hello. Currently, there is not an option for this. We plan on adding this in the next release hopefully, which isn't too far off now. Thanks.

An option for deposits (partial payments) would similarly be helpful. For example, to allow a user to pay a $100 deposit on a $250 registration. For the moment, I created an event with a cost of $100. I then added a form field "Pay Now" that adds an additional $150 fee. Finally, I added a second event called "Pay Remainder" that has a cost of $150 to allow users to make the final payment.

Hey, that's clever Feldon. In the short term then, I'll see if we can make the event a zero cost item and then users can choose to "pay now" by adding a cost-based custom field. e

That will work, but I think you'll still run into the "must pay PayPal $0" issue.
