TOPIC: A minor CSS Bug

I have set up a menu link to the DTRegister "Event Registration" list. I am using the Link - Url option so that I can use SSL. On this initial page, the Main.css file does not seem to be loaded. Hence, the references to ".message" in the Main.css file do not apply. I had to move that reference into my template's css file. Once I move into the registration page itself the Main.css file is loaded. I think this is just a bug, but correct me if I'm wrong.
