TOPIC: Blank "Thank You" Page

I am hoping I can get some help on this message board. I am fairly new to this program, and to Joomla as a whole. I have installed this component, and I believe I have set it up correctly. However, when I test the registration function, Nothing shows up on what should be the \"thank you\" page, or the confirmation page. The only thing that shows up is the title of the event and the event dates.

Any help would be appreciated!
