We are having some trouble with registrations:
1. People fill out registration info, submit, are asked to choose what workshop they\'re registering for and then are directed back to fill out the registration info - essentially creating a never-ending loop and they can\'t register.
2. We\'ve had some people contact us thinking they are registered but they are nowhere in our system (scary).
We\'re thinking of upgrading, but will this effect our registration as we are in the process of accepting registrations.

What version are you using? You should always upgrade when new releases are made. We\'re about to release a new version this weekend with some new bug fixes. You should wait for that then upgrade. Doing an uninstall and reinstall will not remove any of your event settings, records or anything else. Thanks.
