Our organization received a message from PayPal stating that we are not in compliance with the following:

IPN Verification Postback to HTTPS - The ipnpb.paypal.com and ipnpb.sandbox.paypal.com endpoints accept only HTTPS connections. If you currently use www.paypal.com , you should move to ipnpb.paypal.com when you update your code to use HTTPS.

Is there a configuration setting in DT Register to ensure compliance, or is the https configuration written into the code?
