TOPIC: [SOLVED] Confirmation Page with JSON

Hello i have an problem, my event Comedy in Eiken – Duo Lapsus geht online (07.10.2017) does not work.
but i cannot find out why. in June i had an other event which worked perfect. but now i have the component updatet. and this is a new event.

so how can i fix it?

if i try to register in frontend, this will work fine then comes the confirmpage an there is an button "weiter" but this one does nothing.

So i did further tests but there ist no possibility to slove this prob. on the confirm page stand a json script. below the button. the button itself has no onclick event like the back button nearby. is ist possible, that there is a problem with the ssl certificate? i dont hope so. that was the major change since last event.

so what can i do?

So now i have restored the old version of the dtregister 3.1.6c and now the registration going on. i dont think this is the reason, so what ist the problem with the new version?

i can reinstal the new version at the 2. oktober and will test it again.

What version of DT Register did you update to? And what version of Joomla are you running?

There are no problems with the current package... outside of something that would be caused by something else outside of DT Register, a setup issue, etc.

DTRegister 3.2.3a new
DTRegister 3.1.6c old (actual install)

Well we'd have to see it to be able to determine what exactly was causing it. You could submit a ticket with admin access with the site fully updated.

so now i am ready to test it again. i reinstald the 3.2.4 and updatet the Joomla version to 3.8.1. but the registration odoes not work. i have the Event Comedy Lapsus restarted an it does not work. still the same error.

so what to do?
