Your ticket was already answered, but to answer here as well...

This is due to Joomla releasing important security updates that affected session handling. DT Register was then modified to incorporate these changes. For Joomla 2.5, there was a hotfix provided by Joomla. You will have to apply this to use the latest DT Register.
