tsharp Topic Author Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 1 Thank you received: 0	Starting with Oct events, we haven't been able to run CSV exports. It works on sept or older events but when I choose a newer event and press Next, a white screen comes up and hangs. Versions: Joomla 2.5.28 DT Register 2.8.13 Any ideas? A white screen means you're getting a fatal error. Set error reporting to maximum (in Joomla configuration) and hopefully you'll see the actual error taking place.

Most likely, you are exporting a larger amount of records and your server is experiencing a timeout or memory limit issue. You may need to increase some PHP settings to get around this... like memory_limit or max_execution_time. See the error to know for sure.
