Well, your post is very vague, but I\'m assuming it is related to PayPal. We found a bug that affects SOME users. It is included in the release we are about to put out probably within 24 hours.
Sorry to have been vague Ive posted in several forums in response to several other peoples problems... here is what is not happening.
No custom fields are being recorded into the database
No Records are showing up on the backend under record management
No emails are being sent out, especially to admin email attached to the event.
Authorize.net is not receiving payment information, this is not a paypal issue for me we are not using paypal
Hi,
I\'ve got the same error. It is possible to sign up for events, and the events are stored in the database, but no registrants show up in the admin controlpanel.
I\'ve upgraded to the latest version today from 2.2.2 to 2.2.5.
I didn\'t have the same error with 2.2.2.
Joomla version 1.5.2
I\'m not using any paymentoptions right now.
I\'m using 2.2.5, and even though I have sent two test registrations that went through to the Thank You page, when I go to the registration records, nothing is listed there. I\'m using Authorize.net, and it looks as if the test transactions are not getting there, but instead the transaction just skips authorize.net and goes to the thank you page.
