We are having the same issue. The event pages loads eventually but takes minutes. It is also taking along time on the registration pages and in some browsers comes up with time out unresponsive errors.

It started after we upgraded to the latest version.

If you are running DT Register 3.1.13a, you should be fine with the tabs issue. If not, let us know.
