Tried inserting the code from the sticky post at the top of the forum, but it broke my template. Seems I can't attach the index.php file, and the forum isn't letting me post code. Can someone help?

Thanks in advance!

If DT Register is the only component you need to control SSL for, then (as the post says), you do NOT need to modify the template. Just install and enable the SSL plugin that comes with the package.

If you need SSL with other extensions also, then you use the code... which if it is breaking things, you haven't implemented it correctly. You'd have to submit a ticket with FTP access so we can look at the file. Thanks.

Nathan, yes we're also running VirtueMart, hence needing the code. The owner of the site is not comfortable giving 3rd party access to the site. Is there another way I can get the index.php file to you?

Zip up the file and you should be able to attach it. If not, email it (as a zip file) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

This attached index file does NOT have the SSL code implemented in it. Nothing to check.
