TOPIC: DT Register 2.7.5e and DT Donate 2.2.4b

We have just updated both DT Register and DT Donate with a couple minor fixes:

DT Register 2.7.5e

- Fixed jquery.js "file not found" error that was showing for some users and causing some issues.
- Fixed error message that sometimes showed onscreen instead of the thanks message when using SSL.
- Fixed the Email Registrants feature as the paid / not paid filter was working backwards.

DT Donate 2.2.4b

- Fixed issue where payment was not proceeding and redirecting to PayPal when the captcha security image feature was disabled.
- Fixed issue on some sites where the submit button was not working for Authorize.net payments.
