We have continued to move forward with the new 2.7 series, more fixes but also some nice new improvements! There have been a handful of updates to the 2.7.1 package as we continue to make improved packages and address known issues. We've been posting in the Announcements category of the forum each package update and listing all of the bug fixes that were addressed. To see fixes in the last few builds, check the forum. Always keep close tabs on updates to make sure you are not dealing with an issue that we've already fixed. Here is what has been done since the 2.7.1d build:

* Added a new payment gateway PayPal Pro. You can still use the standard PayPal option, but now if you have the monthly paid account, you can integrate it with DT Register. This allows you to use PayPal for payment processing, but keeps the entire process within your Joomla site. No redirecting to PayPal! For more info on this option, click here. We do not have a live PayPal Pro account, so we've only been able to test it in the testing sandbox. For those with live accounts, if you find any issue with the new integration, let us know in a support ticket and we'll handle it with top priority.
* New Calendar View menu options. Now, you set the calendar menu item in many different ways. You can set the default view to either month, week or day. You can set to default to a selected date, or to default to the current date. Choose a category from the dropdown to default to show only events of that category.
* Updated the EventLink plugin to 2.7.2 with new features. For those that assign the same Joomla article to multiple events, the plugin register button will now have a dropdown list underneath showing all available events that are assigned to that article. The user selects the desired event, then clicks the Register button. It no longer defaults only to the next available event. Also, fixed the alignment setting in the plugin as well as the Register button display for private events.
* Updated profile records plugins for both Community Builder and JomSocial. Fixed inclusion of records so only Active or Pending records are seen. Also added a new parameter to set if the event title link in the profile links to registration or to the assigned details article.
* Added a new button to the records page toolbar "Attended". You can now select multiple records, then click the Attended button to change the attendance status of multiple records at one time.
* Prerequisite categories now work correctly. Also added a new tag [PREREQ_CATEGORY] to be used in the prerequisite message so you can list prereq categories now also, instead of just events.
* Clicking the date number in the calendar month view now loads the Day view for the selected date.
* Fixed some issues with the calendar loading that were still affecting select users.
* Fixed calendar event linking to the details article when SEF is enabled.
* Fixed calendar issue where "Friday" was not showing properly in the Week or Day view.
* CSV export is fixed so the event title and the date the user registered are always included by default.
* Fixed issue in CSV export where it was not showing conditional fields beyond the 2nd level to choose for selection in the export.
* Fixed issue in CSV export so textual fields no longer show as an option to include in the export.
* Fixed issue where the fee calculation display was not displaying on select sites, causing issues with the confirmation page and/or the establishment of a cost for the event record.
* Fixed issue where % field fees were showing correctly, but incorrectly calculating as flat $ amounts.
* Fixed issue where cancelled status records still showed in the frontend list of attendees.
* Fixed issue where viewing/editing a record in the backend was not showing selected values in radio button fields. Same was happening when editing in the frontend user panel.
* Fixed the ordering of events in the event listing... there was an issue with repeating events.
* Fixed issues when editing records in the frontend user panel: re-saving the record was reseting the amount paid to $0; member discounts and other automatic fees/discounts were being re-applied when the event was edited; discount code field was showing so it could be applied again; group record total amount was not being properly updated when adding or removing group members. All noted issues are fixed.
* Made some display improvements in the user panel group record editing process.
* Fixed issue when editing group records in the backend... adding or editing members had various issues, all resolved.
* Fixed the BACK button in the toolbar when viewing members of a group record so it now properly returns you to the list of records.
* Fixed issue for hidden fields... now hidden fields that have been synced with CB or JomSocial will auto-populate data from the profile even though the field was not visible during registration.
* Fixed event listing pagination so when you use the category filter, the pagination links will keep the category filter selection active.

Where can I download these updates??

Glad you asked... Login to our site, go to My Orders. Next to your order details you will see a Download link. This link always pulls the latest package that is available. You have access to this link for one year from purchase. If your order is no longer active, you would need to make a new purchase to get any further updates. I upgraded to 2.7.2 and the calendar seems to still have a lot of problems. First, it still does not have a month on top. Second, it is coming up in month view with all the dates undefined with some undefined error string on top. The dates are still wrong and I have to mess with the calendar for it to bring up the current date. No scheduled, published events are appearing on their correct dates.

I did everything I could to set the parameters of the Calendar in the Admin back end but I saw no parameters for making any different adjustments than in 2.7.1c. Maybe I missed something. Please advise.

I need to have this working asap since I'm planning some very important events in Feb which need to be clearly and easily visible in the monthly display..

Sincerely,
Howard

We too are seeing some calendar issues with UndefinedNAN etc appearing - but only in IE, in firefox it all 'apprears' to be working ok.

Confirmed... calendar issues in IE. Working on it now.

Howard - the calendar menu item has more parameters now. Make sure you set it to load to the "Current Date". The full month name does show at the top. That was fixed prior to 2.7.2. It's not loading correctly for some in IE, but we see no issue outside of IE. If you can't get yours sorted, submit a ticket and let us know what browser you are having issues in.

Hi Nathan:

I set it to current date. Not seeing a month at top. Getting Undefined NaN at top with each date in calendar showing NaN instead of the date of the month. I'm using Safari. Will try Firefox.

Sincerely,
Howard

Hi Nathan:

Seems to work in Firefox okay so maybe it is only an issue in Safari and IE.

Name of Month is still not above calendar. It is in the calendar which seems strange. We Need it to look like a real calendar With January centered at the very top, then a space and then the month below that. Normal stuff.

Sincerely,
Howard
