Is it necessary to sign up for the Authorize.net recurring billing feature to utilize the DTDonate recurring billing capabilities?

To do recurring billing with Authorize.net, YES you have to have the ARB (Automatic Recurring Billing) option added to your authorize.net account. Thanks.
