Hello. Make sure that your directories from /com_dtdonate all the way up to /public_html or /httpdocs are set to 755 permission. Then make sure your files in /components/com_dtdonate are set to 644 permission. This is most likely your problem.

Outside of that, make sure the GD Library is installed on your server, enabled and also has FreeType Support.

If you check all of these things and still have no luck, submit a support ticket.
