TOPIC: Possible to make custom URL to fill a field automatically?

Is it possible to add something to the URL that will pull up the DTDonate form with one field already filled in?

For example:

Our normal donate page is:

https://www.chosenpeople.com/main/index ... Itemid=335

Is it possible to put something like, I dunno, this:

https://www.chosenpeople.com/main/index ... Itemid=335 ?special_designation=project1

...to have it load the form with the "Special Designation" field already completed with "Project1"?
