TOPIC: Fields and Messaging

Hoping someone can assist as I am having issues with the fields not rendering in the messages. For example, the messaging area says you can use [NAME] in the email, but when I put that code in the email message it doesn't enter the person's name it appears as [NAME] in the email that gets sent?

Also, the only time the email gets sent is when a person enters their own donation. An email is never sent if they use the preset amounts so I need to know what the issue is and what I am doing wrong.
