Hi, I installed DT Donate and it seems to be working properly. I have completed two transactions successfully! The only problems seems to be that the donor is not recieving the "Thanks Email." I have checked the following: Global Configuration email address is set correctly DT Donate settings contain the admin's email It is not a spam folder issue I didn't see any settings in Authorize.net that would cause a problem The email address was input correctly into the donation form Any ideas? Thank you for your time! Chris

Please tell me how you have everything set in the Mail area of the global configuration. Are you using the PHP Mail function?

Yes, I am using the PHP mail function. I think you have located the problem. Here are my settings: Mailer: PHP mail function Mail From: [email protected] From Name: Company Name Sendmail Path: /usr/sbin/sendmail SMTP Auth: NO SMTP User: left blank SMTP Pass: left blank SMTP Host: localhost Thanks for your help! No, I'm not saying that it is solved. Sorry! I should have worded that differently. I think the problem exists in the Joomla! Global Configurations settings. I am still not sure though because other types of emails from the system are delivered with no problem. Thanks, Chris

I just installed and am having the same issue. the thank you email/receipt is not going out.
