TOPIC: [SOLVED] error on last stage of registration

Hi, I'm using DT Register 3.1.7 on a Joomla 3.5.1 website.
I can go through the whole event registration process ok if I charge say $1 and the registration is processed through Paypal. No problems at all.
If I setup a free registration though, I get an error at the very last step of the registration process

0 - Invalid address: ADTAV

Can anybody shed any light on why this is happening? I have double checked all emails and admin names are the same in the DT Register configuration and event setup

Hello. Well, first you should be using DT Register 3.1.8. Make that upgrade first to see if it affects anything. If not, it will almost positively be a setup issue which would require a ticket with admin access so we can check it out. Be sure to let us know which events to check.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I don't have access to download 3.1.8 unfortunately as my client won't pay for the upgrade/new subscription.
Where does that leave me? I've looked at every configuration setup option. Any idea what it might be?

Addressed through ticket, but for others to know... this issue was corrected by upgrading from 3.1.7 to 3.1.7b.
