Hi, Nathan -

DT Register 3.1.1 - Save, Save & Close, Cancel buttons do not work for Edit Event or New Event. We have tried on Chrome, Firefox, and IE, and have cleared cache and purged Joomla cache. This only began happening after upgrade to Joomla 3.4.2

I tested adding a new category and the buttons are working fine there.

Thank you,

Peter

MORE INFO - This only seems to be happening on screens with tabs. Did not see a way to turn tabs off in Configuration....

The Date and Time functions no longer work when creating an event. Cannot create new events at all.

Joomla 3.4.2, DT Register 3.1.1, Chrome.

Same problem here with Save / Save&Close / Cancel buttons. And also when trying to create/edit events from Frontend, except that there the Cancel button seems to work.

Configuration file would not save, either. Permissions seems to work okay.

I upgraded one site that was under development to Joomla 3.4.2 just before the customer went to their registrar and changed their DNS to take the site live - prematurely! Then they sent me an event to post, and I can't create it.

I was looking for a rollback on 3.4.2, but I don't think I can do that. If anyone knows of a way to roll Joomla back to 3.4.1 - not a risky "try this" - a Joomla-supported way, please share :)

I don't normally install Akeeba or ACL Manager until I take the site live. They're installed now, but the damage is done :(.

The moral of the story appears to be: Do not upgrade to Joomla 3.4.2 until DTH resolves this. Is that right?

Anyone made any progress on finding a work around for this issue?

I have a state titles event that I need to start taking registrations for in next few days.

Might have to restore back to previous version of joomla from back ups I guess.
