Then your conditional field is not enabled for the event... assuming the field is setup correctly to begin with. In the event, go to the fields tab. Click the text link to toggle the display of conditional fields. When the conditional fields are showing, make sure they are enabled as desired. As of a couple updates ago, they are now controlled per event.

tleighow I've found with my conditional fields that I need to set their parameters up within the Fields setting of each one and then pick the "Default" option within the "Fields" tab inside the Event (I hope that makes sense). If I try to set it up inside the "Fields" tab within the Event it does not seem to work.

Hopefully this will work for you too.

P.S. I tried to add an attachment but it would not work
