TOPIC: Custom Field - Field Name

Hi,

Using J1.0, DTR 2.4.3 . In Customs Field Management, and creating an additional field/Custom Field. I'm making an "email opt out" check box. BUT, I can't find a place to enter a field name, a name that will display ahead of the check boxes.

Where, or how, can I enter a field name to be displayed?
