There seems to be a small error in the html comment tags around the unused credit card expiry box, ie. the closing comment tag as a space in it which means the comment continues down the page.

I have done a quick fix in a layout override for the payment/billinginfo.php like the following, but obviously it should be fixed properly

.

echo str_replace('-- >','-->',$this->form);
