Today we release new updates for the Joomla events registration extension - DT Register for a new improved Payment gateway, improvement and 22 bug fixes.
DT Register 4.2.9 release details:
New Saferpay Payment method support
In DT Register 4.2.9 we have added new payment method for Saferpay with JSON API support. The new version with JSON API is more secured with 3-D secure 2 with different payment gateway options: pay with a card, Paypal and masterpass wallet.
Saferpay Payment option setting
Step 1: upgrade DT Register and JA Payment plugin to the latest version then go to DT Register > Payment options > Add new payment option or configure an existing payment option > Enable Saferpay jason API.
Step 2: add Saferpay Payment information
- Customer ID: Add Saferpay customer ID.
- Terminal ID: Terminals(eCommerce)
- API Username: Saferpay username.
- API Password: Saferpay password.
- Logo: submit the payment plugin logo to show on checkout page.
Once the payment option is enabled it will appear on the checkout page as a new payment option.
Improvement: Group Registration
In DT Register, the group registration required to add multiple members on the same page, it put the page longer if there are multiple members entries.
This has been improved in the new version, now each member entry is saved and show the record on the same page with the member name. It also solved the problem of long page height and display only one ongoing member registration entry.
Multiple bug fixes:
- Stripe not sending email: Payment notification email via stripe payment method has been fixed.
- No Record created with Paypal payment: PayPal transactions are now auto return to website to create transactions record in DT Register.
- Error in archived events: Archives events page error fixed under Events management >> Show Archives.
- Prerequisite Events process doesn't work
- filter error: when attempting to filter the list of events (Select Category, All Events, Show Archivesevents) the db error has been fixed.
- PHP 7.4: PHP 7.4 supported and deprecated errors fixed.
- Discount code with radio field: Discount with radio fields type work only on first value issue is fixed.
- Discount doesn't work: Create a discount code, and then subsequently create an event issue in apply discount.
- No invoice: Invoice not showing to logged in users once event is archived.
- Barcode doesn't show in emails
- 'Selected Values' option doesn't work in Fields
- Event Details Settings doesn't work: Some settings of event display options name, address etc not showing on as configured.
- Can't select Event image on the frontend : Event Management menu type show select image error on frontend.
- Search Events: Search events with show archives filter not working on the frontend
- Event Owners: On saving event with multiple event owner show duplicate entry on backend.
- Alias field on Category page working incorrectly
- Duplicate category name : No error when creating new category with same name.
- Required fields in events : Can't see message field is required if leave blank info on the frontend
- Deleting an event category of DT register gives error on the frontend issue fixed.
- Blank name category: Category saved when create or edit event category with leave blank name
- A Duplicate search bar on Records page for selection date issue fixed.
- Issue with accessing events: the date is not showing correct when accessing the events
