TOPIC: When member click on Paypal it's just a white page

I'm not sure if this was not seen because I added it in my previous post that was solved, but I can't use this component until this is resolved.

When I select Paypal and hit next, on any browser it was just giving me a white page. I turned the error log back on to see this. I turned it back off but I don't know understand this issue
