I can't get it to install. There seems to be a problem in the pkg_dtregister.xml file. Specifically, this line:

<file type="component" id="com_dtregister">com_dtregister3_1_12a_J3x.zip</file>

??Should the xml file should read??:

<file type="component" id="com_dtregister">com_dtregister3_1_13_J3x.zip</file>
