I have installed dtDonate and have entered all information from Authorize.net (client gave me a screen shot of the API info). I have tried to enter a transaction but the next screen says: This transaction failed due to an error in application. Please notify the site administrator and provide the text that is displayed below: Reason :This transaction cannot be accepted. Is this because the Authorize.net info is incorrect?

Are you in Test Mode or Live Mode? The screenshot was from what area of Authorize.net... the Security area? That is where the API Login ID and Trasaction Key are. Make sure it says exactly "API Login ID". If you know the auth.net info is correct, then it is possible that the card you are using does not work. Run it in live mode to be sure.

The API information is correct, the customer is using it for another purpose everyday. It is live, and I have tried several cards that I know work.

It has been confirmed that the API and transaction key are correct. How can I tell what the response code from Authorize.net is on this transaction?
