Is it possible to generate an invoice for somebody who does not have a user profile in community builder?

Is it possible to send the actual invoice, or is it a notification email that is sent? - or is it possible to configure the email to look like an invoice, including the unique invoice number?

When they receive the email, what would they need to do to pay it? Thanks
