Can discount rates be set up on a per user basis? Example: My base price for an item is $15.00, I have different negotiated pay structures set up for different customers. How would I do that in DT Billing?

Well, DT Billing is not a store where there is a set item price. You create individual invoices, input the item details including prices, and assign the invoice to a user. No need for a discount as the invoice is manually created. Thanks.
