Using DT Register 3.1.11; Joomla 3.6.2 and Windows 7 I get an error message when I enter anything in a field, in the backend. e.g. creating a new location or a new event. Message being: Please enter a value greater than or equal to 0

This happens using both IE and Chrome. My colleagues, however, using Windows 10 had this problem, but it disappeared.

Kindly advise

I assume so as Windows 7 or Windows 10 wouldn't matter either way if you are pulling the site through a web host. The version of your browser could play into however.
