When I have multiple registrations in the cart I do not get the Pay Pal and Pay Later options. It takes me directly to Pay Pal. Where is the configuration to correct this?

That is an odd issue that hasn't ever come up. My first thought is this...
If only one pay option is enabled, you skip the options page and DO go straight to the one option. That's intentional. So, something is causing the Pay Later option to be disabled.
In the Pay Options area, there IS an option to enable a conditional field on the Pay Later option. My thought is that this has been setup... maybe accidentally even... and something in your event setup is triggering (or not triggering) that condition so the Pay Later option is being disabled.
Check that as a starting point... then we'll go from there. Also... what version of DT Register are you using?

I found the problem and all good now. I had not enabled that pay later option.
