Hi,
I am having an issue on my site (http://www.ip5alive.co.uk/booking.html? ... alRegister) where people are sometimes able to proceed through checkout without paying a fee.
I believe this is occuring when people have a slow internet connection, and when choosing a conditional field the database query is so slow that they can proceed before the conditional field has a chance to appear.
The fields in question are "Child's age at 31st Aug this year" which then produces the relevant subsequent fields "Little Acorns", "Mighty Oaks" or FABMAD".
When selecting any 1 of these a relevant Fee Field (Week 1, Week 2 etc) is then produced.
But if the users internet connection is too slow, they do not see the Fee Field, and proceed to the next page. When they complete the booking it becomes a Free booking which is incorrect, and we haven't got a complete booking.
Is there a way of checking that a fee has been generated before allowing the user to check out?
I really am desperate for an answer to this question, as I am losing bookings as a result of the problem!
Many thanks,
Tom
