Using rel 2.7.1c. I am able to successfully lodge an event registration when there is no discount code used (members of the public). However, our registered members are given two discount codes which enable them to receive a 100% discount off the course fee for selected courses (event) and Amount Dollars discount off the fees for other selected courses.
For either type of course discount, percentage or amount, when the 'next step' button is pressed on the first page of the registration process, validation of the entry in the required fields & security code occurs, and the correctly entered required fields & security code each get a tick. The process then hangs up, does not display the next page (confirm details of entry)
I note that the fee Ordering for the course with a Percentage Discount does not list that Discount Code, but the Fee Ordering for the course with the Amount Dollar discount is showing that Discount Code. Maybe this points to the problem???? but the problem does occur with both types of discount.

I am having the same problem as stated above. Any ideas/suggestion to fix. FYI, I am using 2.7.16.

Download 2.7.16a. We found a small issue in the Joomla 1.5 version only of the last update that affected discount code usage. It's been fixed already. Thanks.

dthadmin how do we know when updates are ready to go (2.7.16a) when nothing is posted about it? There is nothing mentioned about it in the "DTH Development Announcements" thread. Can we get a list of things that were updated in 2.7.16a?
