Hi,

Is DTH Register suitable for this situation:

- we want to use it to allow registered users to make 1 on 1 appointments with a personal coach; users should not be able to know each other;
- the coach should be able to set up a calendar with available time slots of a standard length;
- every week has the same time slots, however there can be exceptions like a holiday, a training and so on, so it should be possible to adjust the calendar;
- in the future there may be more than one coach; each should have their own calendar which should be available to their clients (=registered users which are assigned to them) only;
- one day before the appointment, the client/registered user receives a reminder by sms (or, if they prefer, by e-mail);
- appointments are not charged because the users are already enrolled into a coaching program; however if they do not show up for two appointments in a row they can be charged and additional fee; it would be great if payment of this fee can be set up as a requirement before making an new appointment.

I hope you can let us know if these options are possible with DTH Register.

- You can create events with a capacity of 1 so only one person can register for that event, or appointment slot.

- Each time slot would need created as an "event". You can set the "moderator" of each event as the coach. That person can have admin access to create and edit the event on the frontend or backend.

- To have a calendar view that only shows events or slots for one coach, you should setup categories for each coach. Then a calendar menu item can be created that shows only events from that coach's category.

- You can create the slots as a repeating event. For example, create an event like "Monday, 9:00 - 10:00am" and set it to repeat weekly on Mondays. Each repeat is a separate event that can be registered for. You can delete / unpublish any repeat that you don't need.

- Currently you can only set one moderator per event, same for categories. We do have plans to expand this soon for multiple selections.

- There is not an auto-reminder via email or SMS. You can manually do an email to current registrants through the backend. The auto reminder is another future coming feature.

- DT Register can calculate payments due for a registration, but it would not have a method of processing a fee because of previously unattended classes. You CAN create an "event" for registering and collecting the coaching program cost and make that event required to have registered prior to having access to the appointment slot "events".
