Hi all,
i purchased DT Register this morning for our new website
www.nfj-hannover.de (Joomla 2.5.6) and i was satisfied that the installation process was so easy and the configuration also. And the
component was not too expensive, to try it out.

But what we would really need for the future are the following things:

1.) An option to create/edit and save the detailed articles for our events
either with JCE or Tiny MCE from the frontend/backend user event management from DT Register. I'm missing that. (or i am too stupid to
find this option? )

2.) DT Register has his own categorys for events. We have our own Joomla categorys for our detailed event articles. Couldn't DT-Register use Joomla
categorys for event registration as an option? Why MUST EVERY Joomla component have it's own category manager

3.) The publishers of our website are using joomgallery to upload pictures to the website. If we want to set an event image for an event in DT Register, we need to upload the image twice. There is no option in DT Register, to access pictures which are already stored on the website in the picture directorys. This would be a great option.

Hello and welcome to DT Register

Items #1 and #2 have never actually been considered. The closest we'd probably do for #1 would just make a link within the event setup area to create the article.

#3 is something we already have plans to incorporate... making it possible to select from existing images for events and locations... and existing files for email attachments. We're working on a new release right now. Not sure if this will make the cut, but it will certainly come soon.
