So your a new customer, visiting the site running DT Register for the first time...you don't have an account so you fill out the details to register for a course...then you click "continue shopping" because the cart system is active...so you browse for and select another course. You go back through the signup page and "WHAT THE?" all the fields are blank and you have to fill all the crap out again!
How about making the system automatically signing you in so if you do multiple registrations, you are already logged in before you ever get to add another event to your cart? Imagine the frustration that would be avoided and potentially the lost revenue from people to fed up to do it again. Instead you get phone calls, or they just cancel their entire order!
In reality-mode, people expect ipod simplicity! Sign up, add another item and checkout. In the world of courses, it makes sense to have to fill out each registration if you are doing it for a group but the entire purpose of having the "I am registering as an individual" or "group" page is to determine what you are doing. If its just for an individual, why the heck do I fill out all my details over and over and over again if I register for 3-4 or more classes? I would leave!
SEEMS LIKE A SIMPLE CHANGE. On older version I pad a developer to modify the system to create a Joomla user and log them in at registration. Worked like a charm. In 2.7.5 it does not work...sigh!
