The DTRegister_27x_Manual is silent on this issue. I would like to create a hierarchy like this:

Events
- Programs
- Program Type A
- Program Type B
- Seminars
Meetings
- In House
- Remote
Using the example above when I try to create the Program Type A category, the only options for Parent Category selection are Events and Meetings. The lower level categories are not shown.
