Hi, for some reason, some registration records are not created. I remember that there was a change in the code, making this 'impossible', but what happens is in any case that I get automatic admin mails about registrations being made, people pay for registrations to our bank account, but there is not a trace of the records in question in DT Register. This has happened five times out of ten the last two weeks.

The rest of the records are all fine (except there are many double records with the same confirmation number being created by DT Register)

same thing here,
single registrations show the same confirmation number as each other. i.e. they dont ascend in order.
group registrations just dont have a confirmation number at all.

Looks like a bug!

please help, this is a live event...

I have the same problem. I'd thought, these are spam and I 'd activated the secure image. but today I'd received a new record with all fields are empty ...

To really assist with something like this, we need details. Log a ticket saying what payment method is being used... is it individual, group or both registration types... which event... etc and anything else that could be helpful in replicating the issue.

... I´d logged a ticket a few days before. But I didn´t receive an answere.
