Dear friends, I am trying to upload an image to represent an event. I have settings to allow 150x150 max images. So, I tried different graphic format of the same image: .png, .bmp, .jpg ... After a few seconds during which the website seems to stuck, I get ... no results !
Why ? where am I going wrong ?

Please check and make sure this folder exists in the core joomla images directory:

[joomla_install]/images/dtregister/eventpics

If it's not there, create it. Also make sure it is writable. That would be the first step.

Hi, I checked that: folder exists, images I uploaded are there ! Then: why don't they display at event ??

I have the same issue after updating DT reg from 2.7.4 to 2.7.11a and to JoomlA 1.5.25. I can see the image uploads, if I look via ftp, I have put the folder permission to 777. But after saving nothing shows in back or front end.

It seems that the photo is uploaded but the link to it is not saved with the event.

Please let us now how to solve this.

The Picture ist save, but the thumbnail.inc.php dont sohws the
Picture ???

Im haveing the same issue.

Anyone having this issue still is most likely on an older version of DT Register. Make sure you have the current version in place. Other things to check:

- Make sure the directory /images/dtregister/eventpics exists and is writable (755)

- Make sure site permissions are correct (directories 755 and files 644) from the top level Joomla folders on down.

Beyond this, if you have an issue, it's probably specific to your site and will need a support ticket.

I had this exact issue using Google Chrome. When I tried it in Firefox it worked as it should. Just thought I'd give my 2 cents, hope it helps.
