My basic configuration:-
1. Joomla 2.5.6; DtReg 2.7.18.
2. Individual registrations only for each event.(no groups)
3. No profile integration
4. No user panel used.

Ok so I'm wanting to use the cart function to be able to allow multiple registrations by an individual and to pay once at the checkout. eg Dad registers himself, his wife, and the children and pays with one transaction.
When reaching the "Event Registration:My Cart" screen there is now the option (since V2.7.17) to use an edit icon under 'Action' to modify any of the individuals in the cart before proceeding.

This is where it falls down for me. If I click on the edit icon I'm taken to the registration screen (i.e. the starting point of a new registration) and not to the individuals details?!
Please advise me where I've gone wrong or what I've missed in the configuration.

The site is working without the cart function at the moment but is inefficient for a couple of reasons.
1. Registrants have to go through the registration and payment cycle for every individual. (looks clumsy and frustrates registrants)
2. Every individual payment incurs a transaction fee from the gateway provider which adds up over time and as this site is a not for profit charity every penny counts.

This product has come a long way since I purchased the first package back in 2008 with heaps of development over that time.
If I could just iron out this issue the charity, and the registrants will be happy campers and I believe we'll have a 'complete' package in every sense.

Interestingly when I roll back to package version 2.7.17 this issue that I am experiencing in 2.7.18 goes away! Actually on closer inspection, it partially goes away. What I mean is that if there is more than one registrant in the cart and an attempt is made to edit any of the registrants it ALWAYS takes you back to the first registrant's details for editing?!

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Dazzler, we've just updated the package to 2.7.18a to address this issue and a couple other smaller items.

Nathan,
Thanks for the update but I'm afraid that the new package (2.7.18a) gives me the same result as I reported for 2.7.17 (see previous post)?
i.e. No matter who I attempt to edit I am taken back to the FIRST registrant's data every time!?
In the interest of ensuring all bases are covered, I've cleared the cache, saved all parameters, deleted history (in browser) tried again, same result.

What is your experience???

Hi ,
I'm currently using 2.8.5b and still get the same issue of being taken to the first entry data no matter which edit icon under 'ACTION' I click on???
Anyone got any ideas why?
