Following are some Q & A's for General items and topics related to DTH Development and our extensions.  If these do not answer your questions, please visit our forums or send us an email through this site.

Q:  Do your extensions work with Joomla 1.5?
A:  Currently, DT Donate has a native 1.5 version available.  DT Register and DT Billing can be used in LEGACY mode.  The 1.5 native version of DT Register is in progress currently.

Q:  Do I have to purchase again to get new update releases?
A:  No!  With our regular licenses, you get one year of free updates and downloads of the extensions you purchase.  Our developer licenses give you 2 years of free updates.  At the end of your one or two years, you can still use the extensions, you just will not be able to download updates at that time without purchasing a new license.

Q:  What is the difference between the Standard and Developer Licenses?
A:  Our components are licensed to be used on ONE website only.  If you are using them on multiple websites, you need to place an order for each one.  Our Developer licenses give you permission to load the component on as many sites as you develop.  You also get 2 years of updates instead of the regular one year.

Q:  If I decide I don't want to use the component, can I get a refund?
A:  As these extensions are digital products, you can not return them so we do not issue refunds.  Please read through the details available on this site and our forum to see how the components do and do not work.  We can also provide you with a demo login if you would like to see the backend of the components.  If you have any question or uncertainty of if the component will accomplish your need... ASK.  Ask BEFORE you purchase.  If you have an actual problem with the component not functioning correctly on your site, we will fix it in a timely manner.  IF (by an extremely slim chance) we are unable to do so, we will issue a refund.  You must have first given us adequate time and site access to address and resolve the problem.

Q:  I need help.  What is the best way to get assistance?
A:  The best method of support is to create a support ticket.  Posting in the forum or sending an email will eventually get responded to, but tickets come first.  They are also easier to keep track of so we can keep a better handle on your situation and details through a ticket.

Q:  Do you guys do website design and development as well?
A:  Yes! We build custom Joomla websites all the time.  We do not do stock template sites, but will custom design the graphics and templates for your site to make it just the way you want and need it to be.  If you're interested, let us know and we'll send you more details and examples of some of the fabulous sites we've developed!
